At MRC Industries, we pride ourselves on being able to offer every customer the chance to waterjet cut a project, no matter the size or budget. We have just a $80 minimum cost per job, which separates us from our competitors and other laser cutting alternatives.

We also offer drawing services, so you don’t need to know how to use CAD design software to have something cut. If we can design it, draw it, and put accurate dimensions to it, we can cut it. Which means that whatever you dream up with whatever material, we can help make it happen.

Once-off business projects

Small waterjet cutting projects for businesses can be a great way to produce a unique product, test a prototype out, or help with your own once-off bespoke products. Waterjet custom tooling

Waterjetting a small batch of brackets our customer used to make by hand, saving them time and money. This customer wanted to move from hand made to waterjet cut and folded. We took the sample on the right and sent the one on the left back for trial fitting. This is a cost effective process if you are making a small batch. Waterjet cut some Schweppes bottles in half as part of a marketing campaign. Here\\\'s a job I enjoy sharing with you. Back in January 2019, an advertising agency approached us to cut some new design Schweppes bottles in half as part of their photography. The cut has to me made on glass with no frosting on the inside. We had a couple of hours to pull it off with no practice bottles. Jack as always completed the job without a drama.

We love these simple but classy waterjet cut trophies we did for @keepitreet. We are continuing with ongoing support for Keep It Reet with their new drift event. 2mm brushed no4 stainless.

Waterjet cut signs

At MRC industries we cut a vast variety of signs. Property and house signage can really add prestige to your house, property or farm. Regardless of if you want a detailed number sign for the front of your property or if you want to display a large property or farm name, we can cut these out of most materials with the most common being steel, aluminium coreten weathering steel or plastics.

Waterjet cutting is also perfect for sign cutting as it can get in and around those tight corners for different designs and lettering.
